New Bourke signs unveiled

The new Bourke branding has been unveiled, with new signs now on display at the Back O’Bourke Exhibition Centre.

The signage is part of a total re-branding for the Bourke Shire, with signs specific to each village included in the design process.

Council’s Corporate Services Manager Leonie Brown said the branding would make all the signs in the Shire consistent, current, and identifiable.

“We reviewed our branding and signage, and during this process council undertook consultation of the new design with residents of the villages and town through the annual community meetings,” Mrs Brown said.

“At the meetings, the new branding proposals were put before them, and everyone was very keen and very supportive of the project.
