Isaac Amos graduates as Operational Officer level 1

Congratulations to Bourke’s Isaac Amos who graduated as an Operational Officer with the NSW Rural Fire Service last week.
Isaac graduated as an Operational Officer Level 1 at the RFS Training Academy in Dubbo along with a group of 52 other officers.
The group was the largest class to graduate since the course was offered.
Over the last 13 weeks, the course has focused on developing leadership and technical skills. Course subjects included risk capability, bushfire mitigation, community engagement and incident management to name a few.
The ceremony was attended by NSWRFS Commissioner Rob Rogers AFSM, special guests and family members and was held at the Academy in Dubbo. It was preceded by a graduation dinner the evening before attended by the Minister for Emergency Services, Jihad Dib. […]
